At Mr. Moto, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, dissatisfaction, or any other reason unrelated to a manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing Defects

A refund or replacement may be considered only in the event of a genuine manufacturing defect.

To be eligible, the customer must record a continuous unboxing video at the time of delivery, clearly showing:

• The package before it is opened.
• The shipping label/order label clearly visible.
• The complete opening of the package.
• The product and the alleged defect clearly visible.

Unboxing videos without a clearly visible shipping/order label may not be accepted for a refund or replacement claim.

Any claim of a manufacturing defect must be reported to us along with the unboxing video and order details. Our team will review the submitted evidence and determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

If the claim is approved, Mr. Moto may provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
